Ali also chooses all the meat himself and prepares fresh kebabs every day.
For Ali cooking has always been his passion.
He learned how to cook from his father
and his uncle - it is a family tradition.
After coming to the USA in 2003, Ali started working as a cook at the Middle Eastern restaurant.
